Money-Back Terms

If we don't meet our placement commitment within the agreed support window, you're entitled to a pro-rated refund per our published terms. No fine print, no hidden conditions.

1:1 Mentor Accountability

Every learner in the assurance track gets a named placement mentor who owns your job-search plan — weekly check-ins, targeted feedback, and interview debriefs.

We screen for learning intent, baseline skills, and role-market fit before enrolling you into the assurance track. Not everyone qualifies — that's how we keep the 95% honest.

Curriculum is mapped to real hiring JDs from AI, Cloud, Full-Stack, and Architecture roles. You're trained for the exact skills employers are advertising right now.

Portfolio & Capstone

You ship 3+ production-grade projects reviewed by industry instructors. Every project is GitHub-ready, documented, and designed to pass recruiter screening.

Mock Interviews & Feedback

Minimum 5 structured mock interviews (DSA, system design, behavioral) with senior engineers. Detailed written feedback after every round.

We open introductions to our hiring network — startups, product companies, and service firms actively recruiting in your target stack.

Who qualifies for the assurance track

Minimum 85% attendance across the program
All graded assignments submitted and reviewed
Passing score on mid-term and capstone reviews
At least 3 completed portfolio projects
Active participation in mock-interview rounds
Willingness to relocate or work hybrid (role-dependent)
